Kidush
Cups | A
“Kidush” is a Jewish blessing pronounced over wine and bread
by the head of the household to usher in the Sabbath and other holy days. A Kidush
( or Kiddush ) Cup is an artistically decorated goblet designated for use only
during Kiddush. Jewish families often use a particular Kiddush Cup on Shabbat,
a second for Havdalah, and another for use on other holiday. |
