Return Policies You may return merchandise within 3 weeks of receipt of your order. The item(s) should be in their original condition, including the original packaging. Please let us know in advance, via e-mail, of a refund package coming our way. Although we do not require it, we would like to know the reason for the return. Full refunds are given to original buyer only. Gifts can only be exchanged. Shipping Information SHIPPING TO U.S. LOCATIONS: We now offer free shipping to anywhere in the USA. Items are shipped from our California location for faster delivery service. Free shipping usually takes between 4 to 8 business days. We also offer UPS 2nd day, UPS Ground and UPS Next Day -- for the regular UPS fee. We do not charge handling fees. We do not work on Saturday. Orders that are received late Friday or Saturday are usually processed the following Monday. Orders usually ship within 2 business days (except on U.S. and Jewish holidays) USPS delivers Monday-Saturday (except on U.S. holidays) UPS delivers Monday-Friday (except on U.S. holidays). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom. It takes approximately 6-21 days to ship to these locations. Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out, before you are asked to enter your credit card information. SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS IN ISRAEL: Shipping to an address in Israel usually takes 3-6 days. There is a $10.00 flat shipping charge per order.
